Today I have three quick easy questions for you.... If you answered yes to the first two questions and were surprised when you thought about it and found yourself saying "absolutely no way would someone else get away with speaking to me like that!" to question three, then this exercise is for you. EXERCISE
This exercise will help you to focus on the voice in your head, your mental chatter or the monkey on your back, whatever you call that little voice in your head that is your ego.
Pay attention to your thoughts, listen to the voice inside your head.
Is it calm or impatient?
Is it supportive or critical?
Is it loving or angry?
Is it approving or disapproving?
Is it encouraging or discouraging?
Is it positive or negetive?
How does it make you feel?
Remember you are not your thoughts, just an observer of them.
So by implementing this new strategy and simply observing your thoughts in this way, you can calm the mental chatter and develope a far more positive and happy voice inside your head.

Don’t Be An April Fool…Different Results Require Different Actions
It’s the first of April and so we are a quarter of the way through the year, how are your New Year's Resolutions coming along?
Have you been checking things off your list?
Are you on track or could you use some help?
In reality you are in one of three positions: above, on or below target.
We are a quarter of the way through the year so now is the right time to review your current situation. Is it working or is it not?
Don’t be an April Fool and keep going down the same road if you are not getting the results you want. So, take a look at this highly effective process for evaluating your performance and your results to date.
Let's get started... The five keys are as follows:
- Looking closely at my performance so far, how am I doing? Am I achieving the goals I set at the beginning of the year?
- If I continue along the road I am travelling using my current strategies, behaviours, beliefs and performance, how will I be doing by mid year?
- What am I going to do starting today to get myself back on track?
- What new strategies and habits must I implement in order to improve my performance & reach my goals?
- What existing strategies and habits must I change in order to improve my performance & reach my goals?
Now is the right time to take action and if necessary, correct your performance before too many months pass you by.
Be really honest with yourself when you go through the 5 keys because what you focus on is what you get, so be certain your focus is where it needs to be.
Now you have the 5 answers you need to allow yourself to take the next steps to success. Act now, today, don’t wait just do it. Just do one small thing today and see how much better you feel by the end of the day. A Great Day
I met many interesting people and had some really good conversations and I know that I will be seeing some of you again when you start on your journey to live the life or your dreams.
Dreams can take on many different shapes and sizes, for some people it is losing weight, getting fitter, sleeping better and having better realtionships whilst for others it was getting rid of a fear or phobia and for some it was getting a life plan that worked for them.
I look forward to the day when all those I spoke to have made their dreams their reality.

Success In Your Life Tip 3
Now that the summer holidays are over reconnect with someone.
If you have children then perhaps you have been giving all your attention to your children over the summer holidays, now they are back at school, take time out to reconnect with your partner, you will both really benefit if you do this now.
Perhaps you have busy recently and missed seeing a close friend as much as you used to, well reach out to them, get in touch and put a date in the diary, they have probably been thinking the same as you.
Or perhaps you have actually lost touch with someone and you miss them, make an effort to reconnect, you will be pleased you did.
Connections are important to us all, make sure you put the effort in to keep the important ones alive and well.

Success In Your Life Tip 2
Each day choose three goals that you will achieve. Generally people will choose a combination of work and personal, obviously this is up to you, I would suggest you choose two work and one personal goal to start with.
The important thing here is to set them and then achieve them, start small and work up to bigger goals as time goes on. Small ones you could start with might be going to bed early, eating less.....(something unhealthy), eating more....(something healthy), walking for 30 minutes each day, phoning a long lost friend for a chat, the list is endless & the choice is yours.
Committing to small goals and achieveing them will make you feel you have achieved something, build your confidence and give you a sense of real satisfaction and remember when things don't quite to plan in your everyday life you will still feel great because you have achieved your goals.
Feel GREAT today because you scored a goal, its never to late in the day to start.
